PHE Ink will ship ‘In Stock’ items within 48-72 hours (exception to pre-order items, or items that are on backorder). If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately.
We use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping, so please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Once your item has shipped, you will be notified.
Return Policy
All sales are final; however your satisfaction is important to us. Within 10 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any items to PHE Ink for replacement if:
· Product is the wrong item
· Product is defective
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged and only after the original item is returned.
